A little over a month ago the sales of the flats from the fourth stage of the project began, and today our offer has been extended with the properties from the fifth stage. Construction work is in progress and its completion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2017.
The fifth stage consists in the construction of one six-storey building (number 77), which will be architecturally very similar to the already completed buildings of the previous phases of the development. It will house 72 apartments ranging in size from 34 to 71 sq. m, either open plan or with separate kitchens. Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace, and those on the ground floor will feature enclosed gardens for exclusive use.
Like the previously completed buildings, this one is being built on the plot covered by ownership title.

Currently the 4th floor is nearing completion. Soon after this, a part of the building will gain the final roof of the top floor.
In the first two weeks of January we plan to complete the reinforced concrete works in the residential part of the building and begin the fitting of window joinery. January is also the time for which the general contractor planned the division of the building into individual units with partition walls, and this work is already being carried out on the ground floor of the building.

The work associated with preparing the showcase apartment has been completed. The 47.68 sq. meters apartment, fitted and furnished in cooperation with studio Mjanimo consists of an open plan living room – kitchen area, a large bedroom, bathroom and a dressing room.

In the building No. 75, there is ongoing work on the showcase apartment that is carried out in cooperation with MJanimo studio. Visualizations and current photos showing the progress of the work are available in our gallery.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, large bedroom, bathroom and closet. Such apartment in different locations may still be purchased in the stage II of the project that will be ready as early as September.

Internal procedures of apartment inspections are starting. The work related to putting tiles on balconies and wooden finishing elements is almost done. Staircases are being finished.
All apartments already have permanent doors. The installation of interior balustrades has been finished and permanent light fittings have been installed in the corridors. In the next few days, the installation of mailboxes and apartment numbers will take place. In the outdoor areas, there is ongoing work at the gardens of the ground floor apartments. In July and August, planting of vegetation will be carried out.

On the construction site, the work is in full swing. At present, there is ongoing work related to constructing reinforced concrete walls in the underground garage. The floor of the garage is already 75% complete. The progress of the work can be tracked in the photographic construction logbook.

On 14th of April 2016, we have passed the site to general contractor Chemobudowa - Kraków S.A., for realization of the third stage of the Casa Feliz project. Preparations for initiating of the ground works has already begun. Completion date is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2017.

We are pleased to inform, that our offer was extended and now it also includes the next stage of the Casa Feliz investment.
The construction will commence by spring, and the completion is planned for 2017.

It has been a month since we have started hand-over procedure, but 50 flats had already been passed to the owners. Some of them have already managed to do the finishing and move in. First final contracts are planned for the beginning of February.

Construction works of both stages are progressing as planned. Glazing works at the common parts are ongoing. Also entrance doors to the flats and balustrades at the balconies are currently on the go. General contractor is cleaning the terrain and arrange the gardens of the ground floor flats, pavements and internal road are under realization. Construction of the two buildings of the second stage is on the level of 2nd and 3rd floor.

In the following days the works connected with fencing off the area and construction site or-ganisation will begin.

Casa Feliz (in Portuguese it means a happy home) is an another residential project, planned for execution in Kraków by a group of investors involved in the capital group responsible for building the Rua Bonita complex, a very successful and practically completed investment in the Kraków Central district.
The works on the Casa Feliz investment shall commence in 2014. The first stage of the investment involves 164 apartments, in two, 6 – storey, buildings. This first stage shall be completed in 2015.
